R.L. Turner will be opening an academy for students interested in Executive Leadership and Financial Services (marketing/advertising).

Since you have been such a valued member of our Chamber and community… you have been selected as One of the Top 20 businesses to help guide our Teachers in the development of this program!

The teachers will be available on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 between the hours of 12:00-2:00 pm. Would you be open to a 30-minute interview at your office with a teacher to discuss:

-What skills are employers/managers seeking in their job candidates?

-What classes would be beneficial for our students as they prepare for the business world?

-What are some areas of development that require improvement?

-Your special insight in your area of expertise.

While attending a zero waste conference in Santa Fe, we have to spread the word…..SFCC is doing it right. It is time for all centers of education to implement sustainability programs to teach the basics in regards to evironmental technologies, and building a better future.
